Trintella IV/ Victory 40 (1975) - € 72.500,-

The Trintella IV sailing yachts were built by both Anne Wever and Tyler Mouldings in Poole, England. This successful ship, designed by Van de Stadt, is aimed at people who want to make a long voyage across the sea and is characterised as safe, comfortable and manageable for a small crew. Everything contributes to this: the spacious interior with a large aft cabin with its own toilet, a deep, safe centre cockpit with a steering wheel and a large forward cabin with a galley and a U-shaped bench. At the front of the ship, in addition to plenty of storage space, there is also a shower/toilet and a double berth.

The ship is ketch-rigged, with new sails. The mizzen mast is located at the rear. The ship has an S-frame with laminated ballast and tanks, creating an extremely strong box construction. The laminate is so thick that it is probably bulletproof. This makes the ship practically indestructible, meaning that stranding is not a problem for Trintella owners.

The ship has always been kept up to date. In addition, the interior was renovated in 2001. The aft cabin was converted into a sleeping cabin, the main cabin was also converted and the galley was modified. In recent years, a lot has been invested in, among other things, a new sprayhood, sails, navigation equipment, battery charger, new mattresses and winter tent.
