Converted fishing cutter, fully inspected, valid official sailing permit, ready to sail.  

Plenty of space below deck (six berths, kitchen, toilet room, sail-storage, large pantry). Spacious wheelhouse with all necessary equipment and navigation equipment, many seats. Rear wheelhouse above deck spacious lounge, shower and toilet. Kitchen, toilet and bathroom can possibly be used in its current state, but the entire interior certainly needs refurbishing. 

Engine room with well-maintained main engine, generator, hydrophore, batteries, etc. There is also an extra welding generator, which needs maintenance.
