Hallberg Rassy 312 (1989) - Sold

Price reduced due to departure. Many recent innovations. The Hallberg Rassy 312 Mk II is a very popular model, built in 1979 - 1993. A total of 690 boats have been built. There are 485 built of the MK I version. From 1986 the MK II was built, with the windows in the superstructure instead of the hull. Built with high quality materials. Her warm and cosy interior provides a lot of comfort.

The current owner is the third owner and has maintained the ship to perfection. The hull and superstructure are still shining as if they were new, the underwater hull has made be bare in 2020 and provided with 6 new layers of Gelshield plus of course antifouling. Standing and running rigging and sails have recently been renewed, one set of sails is indeed completely new. A new bow thruster has been installed in 2021.

Outside, the fixed windows of the sprayhood stand out for optimum visibility and the it provides for shelter during less good weather. This ship is equipped with wheel steering. Inside the ship, the beautifully finished teak interior is striking, as well as the practical layout. On the port side is a compact but handy galley, with plenty of cupboard space and on the starboard side the chart table. Behind this is a dog cage. Ideal for storing loose items or of course as an extra sleeping place. Midships have comfortable longitudinal benches on both sides and a solid table in the middle. In the front you will find the wet room with toilet, shower and washbasin and on the port side a lot of cupboard space. In the forepeak is the cabin with double bed in V.
