Sirocco 38 MS Steel Ketch (1973) - Sold

Beautifully classically lined Sirocco 38 motorsailer by design by De Vries Lentsch, built of Corten steel. This vessel is a kit rigged version with a large open cockpit. Its solid construction and s-spant underwater hull make this ship extremely suitable for long trips and gives a very stable and pleasant sailing feeling. This boat has a recently renewed, glued teak deck.

Once on board, you immediately notice how easy and pleasant the passage to the foredeck actually is. The gangways are wide and offer safe passage. From the cockpit and also from the wheelhouse, the view is excellent. You will also find more than enough space here for all aboard. On the port side you will find all the instruments and navigation equipment you need, on the starboard side you will find the galley, equipped with cooker and refrigerator. In the front you will find a double cabin, ample storage space and the toilet. There are three extra berths in the saloon and one extra berth in the wheelhouse.

The paintwork needs attention, there is a quote for blasting and priming underwater hull for 3000€, which is definitely advised. The interior woodwork shows signs of waterlogging due to moisture, but is otherwise mostly solid. It is a boat with work though.
