Baltic 37 (1979) - €44.500,-

This Baltic 37 is very well maintained and has always been inside during the winter. Sails are like new, teak deck is largely glued, not screwed, the  hull is some years ago by the yard stripped bare and with 7 layers of gel-shield protected, the hull is put in the DD-lacquer of the IJssel and the anti-fouling is renewed in 2022. The interior still looks excellent with hardly any traces of use.

The Baltic has a comfortable interior, where a family can have a comfortable stay, but also a larger racing crew can find enough (sleeping) space below decks. It is a proven good sailor and can compete well in offshore races. An extensive set of sails is available, including spinnaker and halfwinder, light weather genoa, high aspect, regular jib, small jib.

The layout is with a double berth in the front cabin and then further to the rear the main cabin with behind the banks two additional berths, the navigation corner with behind it the toilet. On the other side, the spacious galley and access to the aft cabin.

The Baltic 37 was developed in 1978 and yacht number one was delivered from the yard in September 1978. The architect was Rob W. Ball, C & C Design Canada with deck and interior design by Baltic's own people. The design was aimed at general all-round sailing, intended to be easy to handle, seaworthy in all weather conditions and with performance for racing.
