Van de Stadt 44 (1984) - €145.000,-
Long-distance cruiser with centre cockpit, in very good condition and generously equipped, including a generator and water maker, for a long stay offshore. The ship has a lot of space, both above and below decks. The recent sails can all be operated from the cockpit. Jib, mainsail and halfwinder are on a roller, so that the ship can easily be sailed by two people. Everything is very heavy duty. The owner has maintained everything to a very high standard. All technique on board works very well and also the paintwork is in an excellent condition. With this ship you can sail away immediately, around the world even if you would like.

Layout: The owner's cabin is located in the front of the boat. On port side is a cabin with two single beds, here is also the heads with shower and toiled. The place where you enter the interior is the chart room with guard bed/seat. To the rear, partly in the passageway underneith the cockpit to the main cabin is the well-equipped longitudinal galley. At the back, under the raised aft deck, is the main cabin with plenty of seating and good all-round visibility. There is plenty of headroom in the entire ship between 2.20m and 1.90m and abundant stowing room. The recent engine has few running hours.
